This is kind of a last minute Monday Madness, but hey we still have a half hour so it totally counts right! Can you tell that I am STILL trying to recover from the two weeks of sick me and sick kids… I feel so behind, on EVERYTHING!
This weeks Monday Madness features a project that I designed last year for my Mother in Law. A project we creatively the “Christmas Tree”! I know genius. We had a little craft night with all of my husbands cousins, aunts, sisters and nieces making about twenty of these little trees. They turned out so cute we decided to carry them in the store. One of the things that makes them so fun is you can do so many different things with them, and I don’t just mean paint versus scrapbooking options. I keep mine on my front porch during the holidays, but my MIL added some cute little knobs to hers and hangs little ornaments on them. One of my husbands aunts added some cute clothes pins to hers and uses it as a Christmas cards holder. I wish I had picture of how cute the knobs and clothes pins idea turned out….but I don’t…so sorry. You’ll just have to use your imaginations on this one, and if I get a hold of pics I promise to post them. I actually liked this project enough that last year I made a couple of them for presents. The picture below isn’t the best, but it’s kind of fun to show how different each tree can turn out.
