Darling Bathroom Decor using Shaped Frames

How fun to be sharing here on Poppy Seed Projects! I absolutely adore the way that all of the products here help me start and finish a project in hours. Because instant gratification is kind of the way I roll these days. My goal was to spruce up a bathroom used by my girls ages 7,9 and 17 and also everyone that swims at my house. I was going for girly but normal. Is that an actual style? This is the Carson frame which fits an 11X14 picture. I painted one of my favorite sayings "Be your own kind of beautiful." I want my girls to know that they are most beautiful when they let their genuine selves shine.

These frames make an impact! Here is a shot to show you just how big and beautiful this frame is.

I wanted to tie in these stunning frames to the other wall of the bathroom, but as a mother of 6, I am all about functionality of my decor. I found these darling crown hooks that I thought would be great for towels. But the crown hooks were lonely so I framed them with the Eleanor frame with a 5X7 opening. Now the crowns feel as regal as they are.

I hung the frames with a sawtooth picture hanger. I painted the thin piece of wood that is included with the frame as a back for whatever picture you use. Then I drilled the screws for the crown hooks right through that thin wood and into the wall.

Thank you Poppy Seed Projects for letting me share my creations with you! Feel free to stop by Bee in our Bonnet where my sister Ashleigh and I blog about food, crafts, kids and parties.
