Last week we featured the layered Temple Plaques with the saying, “ I Love to See the Temple”.

Super Saturday Craft Ideas LDS Temple Projects

Well we are not quite done with the layered plaques yet.  This week for the weekly deal we are featuring the new “ I Hope the Call Me on a Mission”, layered Plaque.

LDs Craft Idea - LDS Missionary cafts

This project is super simple to make.  Here’s a real quick run through have how to put it together:

Glue on a 12x12 piece of scrapbook paper to the 12x12 piece of wood (the larger piece), and a 5x5 picture to the smaller square. Apply the vinyl to the scrapbook paper.  Cover the vinyl and scrapbook paper as well as the picture with texturizing cream  and wait for it to dry.  Once dry, glue the small square with the picture on it to the larger square with wood glue and that’s it your done!  Even the most novice of crafters can do this one. (Craft kit includes step by step instructions that will go into greater details.)  The simplicity of the project as well as the fact that it can be made for kids, teenagers and missionaries alike make it a perfect Super Saturday project.  Trust me…anything people can make for their kids is always a big hit.

Kit is available with charcoal…vinyl
