I just invited ALL my friends (that is more than 5) to your fb page and blog!! As for a love story. My Husband and I just celebrated our 9th Wedding anniversary and I was thinking wow, that is a long time and then I thought of my parents and how much they have been through together raising a special needs child and 3 other children and how even though they don't always agree, they love each other, and it always puts a smile on my face when I see them walk together holding hands. That is the story I think of when I think of love stories.
ReplyDeleteI suggest you to more than 5 of my friends.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite love story is mine. :) I think what I love most about it and what I always need to keep reminding myself is that it's not always going to be beautiful roses every day. There are hard days and even harder days when I feel I've earned the right to quit and run away but having those days make me appreciate the true love we really have.
ReplyDeleteI'm your friend now!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite love story is my parents' story. Nothing big or glamorous, but I love hearing how my dad would go to A&W and flirt with the cutest carhop there (my mom). I can't imagine them during that stage, but it's so fun to hear about. I also love seeing them now, with 5 grown kids and 6 grand kids, and knowing how their simple love for each other has turned into this bigger extended family that I just can't get enough of! They've shown me how love, trust, honesty are what make a happy marriage and family.
ReplyDeleteI am a Facebook friend! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI am now a follower of your blog, I look forward to getting a lot of fun new ideas through the blog!

ReplyDeleteI love your facebook page. I just became a friend of the blog. Love all of the products.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite love story is my own! :) I met my husband when I was three years old. We used to play together in his sandbox. Then after years apart, we met again in college and the rest was history!
ReplyDeleteOf course my favorite love story is my own, but I also love hearing about others. One of my sisters met her husband on a blind date, the other had a crush on her husband forever before she got up the courage to ask him out, only to find out he'd been trying to get the courage to ask her out!
ReplyDeleteMy LONG story was deleted, so here is a short one. My husband met online, we lived 1500 miles away from each other. He came to see me so i could take him to the Alamo, he loves history. I gave him strict instructions not to fall in love with me, because it would be too hard. He came to see me 2 months after meeting online and on our second day together we both just knew that we had met the person who we wanted to be with for the rest of our lives. We literally just looked at each other and smiled, that was my "grand" proposal. We were married 3 months later. It has now been 5 years and I still couldn't imagine a more wonderful life. He is "everything I never knew, I always wanted"
ReplyDeleteI think I would have to say that my favorite love story right now would be mine :) we are celebrating our 3rd anniversary this week on Sunday and we are even more in love today than we were then! I'd love either plaque, but especially the Family one.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite love story would be that of my Grandparents! High school sweethearts that survived my Grandpa being sent to WW2, a family of 3 children, and a long marriage of 61 years!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite love story is my husband's Aunt. She was divorced 2 times. After 70 years she reconnected with a gentleman she went out with--they were seperated by jobs that went in different directions. It was as if those 70 years didn't exist--they picked up were they left off, got married and spent the next 2 years together before he died of cancer. Its an amazing story.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite love story is mine. I had a huge crush on my husband for a year in high school without him even knowing who I was. It wasn't until about two and a half years later that I saw him again, and to my shock, he remembered who I was.
ReplyDeleteI was still getting over a horrible relationship so I asked him if we could wait until June to start dating, which was about six months away.
He agreed, but over the next several months of "non-dating", I found myself falling in love with him. He was so kind and patient!
Finally, June 1st arrived, but by now there were no illusions that we weren't dating or in love. So that morning, after we went hiking on my favorite trail, he proposed. :)
I think that my favorite love story in mine and my husbands. We met over the internet 7 years ago and now have 2 adorable little boys. :)
